Welcome to the Colorado Yoga House! Located at 207 E. Main Street in the beautiful Western Slope, and historic downtown city of Montrose! Yoga House is a studio that welcomes all levels - from new-to-yoga to advanced yogis!

Yoga House’s philosophy is to welcome various yoga styles from different instructors to showcase the vast discipline of yoga and for our students to find a class they resonate with to grow their practice.
